Erik Brudvig from IGN: If you've been following Enslaved, then you know this next game from the makers of Heavenly Sword is loosely based on the Chinese story Journey to the West. It's a common source of inspiration -- anybody who follows Dragonball Z knows the basics of it. For the first time at this E3 showcase, I got to play Enslaved and learn that the main character isn't just named Monkey to stick with the source material. He handles quite like a monkey, too.

GR:
Video games are distilled magic. They're able to transport us to far off places and let us play inside the worlds their creators have imagined for us. But before all of this newfangled technology took over, there was another way to escape into the realm of the fantastical: they're called books, and they're kind of important.
i am dying for a next gen Parasite Eve! This serie has so much potential..
One of my favorite of all time (on PS1).
This game is interesting, I'm just sick of spending $60 on 5 hour games. Hopefully it'll be a lot longer than Heavenly Sword... I love how they do story in their games, but if the gameplay and depth isn't there to back it up, what's the point?
