We’re nearly half way through 2010 so what better time to sit back and have another look at what the year has had to offer so far. With many big releases, each deserves its own re-examination before the hysteria of the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) this week, and its subsequent announcements overshadowing previous releases in the media’s attention.

god of war iii and super mario galaxy (especially) are looking good.
I've played all of these except for No More Heroes and I have to say for me, God of War III is the best by far, though I wouldn't be too upset if Mass Effect 2 or Heavy Rain won.
Probably might have 'under the rug' win from games in late 10'....my money is on The Last Guardian.
