Jon Ireson of DualShockers writes, "While playing, early on, you begin to feel like an over-worked slave to some faceless, implied entity sending you on your missions to make him millions while your life is treated as a privilege to you shall you complete your work with great haste while valuable cargo is destroyed if you cannot prove worthy of the task. This sounds like some sick CEO’s twisted scheme and the average over-worked citizen’s nightmare. But wait, there’s more!"
Neocrisis - We had the pleasure of getting a few questions answered by Jess Haskins, one of the game designers, about Guns of Icarus. She is also Muse Games's community rep & story writer.
On October 31st, the online co-operative/competitive zeppelin fighting FPS game, Guns of Icarus Online turned 4 years old. The developer Muse Games have sustained their company over the last few years through a myriad of hardships from office fires, to “vicious publishers” but have managed to garner one of the most unique and fun games the TZR staff has had the opportunity to play.
Thanks for Aguila's Nest offering the exclusive review. If you haven't noticed yet this game is unique, and you will "almost" impossible to compare to another title in the present day.
Even a mediocre game would have been better than this. The marketing to this game is very sneaky, you have been warned.
Well, I guess I'll be avoiding this title. Although, I'm not big on these "time management" games anyway.
