why do so many people dont like the ps3

Mostly they saw arrogance and some claims that turned out to be false. Then there are alot of guys who have picked their pony so to speak and have made it a point to dislike the 'other side' childish in my opinion but such is life.

Everyone loves the ps3. its only fanboys that are jealous. that dont wanna say how good the ps3 Really is!

I think it's the media wanting a better story than "Sony. still good". They've had some missteps, but PS3 had a better launch than PS2 and it's selling better as well so what's the big deal. "The mighty Sony has fallen" is a far more interesting headline. So I think the media has a lot to do with that and people have just picked it up from there. It's still way to early for people to be making any sort of judgements about who'll "win" this generation.

why do they say the same things over and over and ove about home.. i knew aout everything he mantioned except for the new open square.. i wanna hear about user created content, bikes, skateboards, ect. chess and checkers is phenominal, what about basketball, football, and tennis... i hope home isnt shallow cause i wouldnt wanna live there if it is

I think it could be really cool. It's not easy to meet cool people to play games you like online with and Home could really facilitate that in a way that we haven't seen before.

I'm really interested to see that website that goes along with Home, which is a brilliant idea, so you can keep up with people while away from your PS3.

I wish we could build our own houses etc, that would be awesome.

i've been in the home beta for a few weeks now and it looks nothing like the open area shown in the video.

right now, there's nothing but a your personal space, one common area, games space (pool, bowling and arcade) and theater space and they're all inside. you can't go outside at all right now. the theater is wack cus you have to wait for the trailers to download before u can even watch them. it not like that with the videos anywhere else, but in the theater, you gotta wait for them before u see anything.

i hope they bring the changes soon cus i'm loosing interest in home.
