For whatever reason, the Wild West is one of the more underutilized time periods in video games, despite playing host to a wide variety of dangerous characters, horses and of course, cowboys. Thankfully, Fatshark and Paradox Interactive somewhat filled the void with Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West, a third person shooter available on the PlayStation Network for $14.99. It’s short on features, but if all you want to do is blast enemies with a six shooter and destroy them with dynamite, it offers a fun escape to one of the coolest periods in American history.
