"This week's Cosplay Babe of the Week was chosen by our SEGAone and Sega1.com teams. She's the last Sega character to grace our pages and a favorite among fans of the rhythm game genre. Originally appearing in Space Channel 5 on the Dreamcast, this week's Cosplay Babe is the lovely Ulala.
As mention, Ulala is originally from the Space Channel 5 series which debuted on the Sega Dreamcast and was so popular that the late Michael Jackson made an in-game cameo. Gameplay footage from the title even appeared in a Janet Jackson video alongside Jet Grind Radio when Sega was pushing hard to make the hardware succeed. Sadly with the fall of the DC, Ulala's popularity slowly faded despite an appearance on the PS2 and several cameos in the Sega sports spin-offs like racing and tennis. But there's just something about that spacey outfit and wild cartoony hair.
