The GTA games owe a lot to the Vietnamese people and community, but most don’t even know it. How have these games treated that community?

When playng GTA IV, I alway thought "Why can't I go into any buildings other than my sh*tty one room apartment?"
If you could cast Elder Scrolls spells in GTA, I probably would never have stopped playing.
