IGN: Fishie Fishie Review

Fishie Fishie is a frustrating experience as a result, and it's made even worse by the fact that most all of its levels demand pretty pinpoint precision in directing your fish -- precision you just can't achieve with this control scheme.

Fishie Fishie is a flop. Swim right on past, and keep playing games that dare to use more than just one button on the old Remote.

It sucks that Fishie Fishie didn't manage to get sales. At least enough for him to make money. Threshold rule is an interesting one.

Nintendo Life: Fishie Fishie Review

Fishie Fishie isn't the deepest game in the world, but it provides a sizeable diversion with all the play modes on offer. Though its simple controls make it more accessible, it will take a bit of play to master. The "moreish" gameplay will keep you coming back for an extra go, though it's more likely to be a hit in households with multiple gamers than amongst the solo gaming crowd.
