A new artbook dedicated to the Atelier series will be released at the end of the month. Here is a glimpse of the stunning art included.
Though there are many genres that constantly add more complexity and new gameplay mechanics, RPGs are one of the few that have kept the status quo and remained relatively unchanged. Instead, they focus on strategic gameplay and strong writing to engage players. Atelier Totori is just such a game and part of a series that’s been around since 1997. While the last iteration turned few heads, Totori is a huge improvement and has already caught our hearts.
Gust and NIS America are determined to synthesize something spellbinding with Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland.
Looks like a water-color painting. I suspect it's the same engine from the first one, but markedly improved.
