Yeah it does a bit i must say. Graphics are uninspiring though, sort of about where Army of Two: TFD is at.

I know I'm going to get disagrees for this, but those graphics look "suck". The ground is just flat and plain. The characters and environments have no style; they're just high contrast and oranged-out. And the idea isn't original at all. The concept of humans fighting against planet-controlling robots was done to great success 11 years ago with the release of "The Matrix". Just because the sun is still shining here doesn't make it unique.

If it wasn't for their unique art style the game really wouldn't look that great.

It's certainly no Heavenly Sword. I would like to see the game in motion though because sometimes that adds another side to things.

I wonder how the game plays as well.

I actually like the look. Remember, HS has too much detail, that's why it was choppy all over the place. Well, there could have been other reasons but I'm guessing that's one. Remember, they had to kill Nariko's hair physics due to performance.

I'm not one that believes that resolution (more pixels) always = better looking. Depends on the grahpic artists.

I do hope you can customize your character and change dude's matchstick hairdo.

It looks just like Heavenly Sword...so it looks good.

The art style makes it look very similar to Heavenly Sword but from a technical stand point it's no where close.

There was alot more detail in Heavenly Sword and the faces looked a bit better as well. Overall I can't say much about the animation as this isn't a video but I would imagine those are not up to the Heavenly Sword bar either.

Still a pretty decent looking game though.

Ninja Theory didn't make a profit on Heavenly Sword so they went multi-platform this time around. Just deal with it. Sony doesn't own them.

I like the trees growing out of buildings, the game looks pretty original.

Edit: Just realized it's written by Alex Garland, the author of "The Beach" and "28 Days Later". That's crazy!

I love the look of the game. Ninja Theory must still have the same artists, which is great news in my view. It brings back good memories of Heavenly Sword. I'll keep an eye on this game and hope to see more at E3.

Going from PS3-only to multiplatform definitely hurt the graphics, but the art direction itself just looks bland.

I want to disagree so bad because I think the graphics look fine. I like the look. Like I said, more paint doesn't always result in a better looking picture.

There's also no guarantee the extra space on Bluray would be used for more detailed textures. I for one want to start hearing DTS Master Audio in games or even uncompressed 5.1.

Meh at best. Looks bland and empty. That's what happens when you downgrade to multiplatform development.

Another bites the dust. Until i'm woed, this goes straight to the rental bin. They complained they didn't make money from Heavenly Sword on the ps3. Well i don't think they'll be making even 1 mill unless they bring this game up to scratch.

Looks great for a game. Comparable to B:AA maybe even better. Not to mention they'll definintely won't be giving us another Bayonetta. But let's face it, Heavenly Sword still looks leagues better than this game.
