Five games you should play on PSP before its lifecycle ends

IDG writes: Today marks the fifth year of the PlayStation Portable's lifecycle and we've got a list of five games you should get around to playing before the console dies off in the next generation of handheld. A birthday is as good an excuse to game as any, right?

Patapon 1 or 2. Everyone should try out either one or both. They're some of the best PSP games out there.

The PSP just has too many awesome games in just too many genres. That's just how Sony rolls

"#2 -- Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters"
"#5 -- Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron"

WHAT?! THESE made the cut but not Chains of Olympus?

List needs to be a bit longer. GoWCOO is a great game along with LittleBigPlanet and Final Fantasy Disidia.

I would add Jeanne d'Arc to that list and as stated above, GoW:CoO. I also thought that Daxter was better than Ratchet on the PSP.

Jeanne D'Arc is the best game I've played on the PSP. It's really a shame it didn't sell well enough for Sony or Level 5 to ever make a sequel.

@realitycheck:

I agree, Daxter was a great game (it's only 2.99 at gamestop right now also!), secret agent clank wasn't too bad either.

YO! How they leave off God of War? The best damn game on the PSP and Syphon Filter games.
