New PoP To Drop Grip Fall, Curtain Fall Returns

The latest Prince of Persia title from Ubisoft, due to land this year, will follow closely the story of The Sands of Time, according to an interview with IncGamers.

This game has some awesome concept art related to it!

Chris3995201d ago

They really need to work on the - uninspired - visuals. There was also screen-tearing all over the place and texture issues with the prince's hair and face.

I'm predominantly a JRPG player with a side of action-games, so I don't have the highest standards for visual fidelity; but the game looked rather crap, even to me.

The forgotten sands... sand sand sand...

If they could drop pretty much everything else the recent Prince of Persia added, that'd also be great.

WildArmed5201d ago

lol yeah.
Especially the combat system. It was too easy. >.<
The PoP series usually has good difficulty, but the new one was very disappointing.

But being open world was cool.. but it also lost direction at the same time.

"press forward to win" is the new ubisoft policy. can't wait not to play that game, but I hope ubisoft will prove me wrong. If it's anything like sand of time I'll play it, the latest installement was just boring and wayyyyyyy too easy
