Usually when you play a bad game, you can spot where the developer has gone wrong. Usually it's laziness, or a lack of imagination, or sometimes over-ambition. It's not often a game is so bad in so many ways that you can't even begin to fathom what the developer's intentions were or at what point they appear to have gone astray. Way Of The Samurai 3 is that bad.
From GameWatcher: "If you can bear with us here, Way of the Samurai 3 is actually the next entry in the series for PC, whilst also being the predecessor to Way of the Samurai 4 which released late last year, with both games being ported from Sony’s crusty PS3 console thanks to Japanese curio specialists Ghostlight. Cast as a half-dead samurai on the losing side of battle who awakens in its aftermath, Way of the Samurai 3, much like all the other games in the series thus far, is an affair which prides itself on almost boundless player choice whilst imbuing it all with a distinctly Japanese sense of humour."

Oooh, forgot Automatron was coming out. Now I wish I'd bought the season pass when it was still at regular price. :/
Um, why did they have two different people do two completely different reviews for the PS3 and 360 versions of this game? The two versions are f*cking identical, yet they split the reviews between 2 different people. Of course, the PS3 version's reviewer gives the game a significantly lower score than the 360 version's reviewer. This site sucks ass. They need to hire a new editor to reign in some control over their content.
So, the PS3 and 360 versions were remarkably different. A 3 point spread is pretty significant...
Oh, they weren't different? I see different reviewers which means theses are not professional reviews but rather just opinion chumps. Or is it that the editor is a monkey? Either way it's a review that is barely long enough to list the title of the game.
This may be a low end game on any platform but this disparity and the poor quality of the review demonstrates why sites such as now gamer are sophomoric efforts best avoided.
EDIT: Hilarious. You were posting at the same time...
