Boot Disk: Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2

Now that Red Alert and Tiberian Sun have been released as freeware in anticipation of C&C4's release, Red Alert 2 is the oldest Command and Conquer game that one can still buy. For many people, it's also the best game in the franchise. This may be due to the fact that this was the last Command and Conquer game (RTS, anyway) Westwood Studios ever made.

Red Alert 2 is my top C&C game of all time. I'd love it if my brother didn't lose my discs >.< I would definitely still be playing this game to this day.

This is one game I've continuously kept coming back to since it's original release and the mod scene is still active, i hope the Tiberium Dawn/RA1 remasters do well enough to do this game as well.

I used to hurt my fingers playing so much C&C games that I'd have to take days off from them to recover.

But it was so fun. Like chess but bigger. Kill the king, queen, knight and rook (main construction and vehicle buildings, power and barracks) and it was all over. As all the other pawns would be swept away.
