From the review:
"Blaster Master defined NES gaming for me as a child. To this day, it is still one of my favorite video games ever made. So, when Sunsoft announced Blaster Master Overdrive last week, I was both thrilled and a bit terrified. For years, I have been saying that the franchise needs to return, but at the same time, I worry that it will get the same treatment as some of my other childhood favorites such as Bionic Commando or Spy Hunter. When the time finally came, I loaded the game with excitement, closed my eyes, and hoped for the best."
Twinfinite writes "The Tower Defense genre dates right back to the earliest days of Warcraft 3, and it still enjoys a huge following. It’s easy to see why, of course: they’re so damn addictive!"
I'm just no good at tower defense games, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.
One of the greatest aspects of the mobile games market is that it often gives games overlooked on other platforms another shot at success. One such title is Konami’s strange sidescroller Tomena Sanner, which first found life as a WiiWare title back in 2009.
You can transfer over purchases...so why not get these great games?
Tomena sanner
Castlevania rondo of blood
Lost winds 1 and 2
Colorz (greaaaaat)
Art of balance
ALL 6 Bit.trip titles (or buy collection on Wii or 3ds)
cant remember more at the moment
I'm still really stoked about Blaster Master Overdrive. I really hope Sunsoft decides to continue the franchise.
I never played Blast Master on the NES, but it does look interesting. My buddy loves games like that AND he has a Wii. Looks like its time to pull out the "Would you kindly..." question.
oh man, Blaster Master, I remember that game on NES. That makes me wish I didn't get rid of my Wii.
bloons is fun, they have it online on some game sites, so no need for a wii.
Bloons is not worth the purchase at all, but Blaster Master is. Man that game is great.
