Recently there have been a couple rap songs made themed around a specific game, such as the Uncharted 2 Game of the Year, and the Bayonetta song. Well it seems it has become a trend. Check out this Super Mario Brothers themed rap made by a rapper that goes by the name R-iZZY. The song features a lot of punchlines relating to the Super Mario world, very slick.

My top 3 are Mario 3, Mario World and Mario 64. Mario Odyssey is also excellent, and I enjoyed Sunshine but didn't care for the Galaxy series.

Yes most people will just buy both it's not 1992 anymore.
Retro fans will buy both, families will probably end up with both eventually fans of specifically those two out of nostalgia have careers and enough income to buy both

Hardly competing. It's releasing on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series and Xbox One, Wonder isn't.
Absolutely, but it certainly won't be because the 2 games released around the same time. Mario is more popular and typically the games are better.
