Gameplayer has put up an in-depth preview of upcoming RTS game World in Conflict, developed by Massive Entertainment and recently confirmed for Xbox 360 and PC release later in 2007.
"...we recently got a demonstration of the game from developer Massive Entertainment's (who the genre faithful will remember from the Ground Control series) lead designer Magnus Jansén and we can't contain our enthusiasm. Even the RTS-detractors amongst us – some of who hadn't touched the genre since the mid-nineties - found themselves stinging to get into the action and bring the Western world to ruin."
World in Conflict is a Cold War based RTS game that came out in 2007 on the PC. Is it worth a replay today?
Starting today (18.00 hours) until 23 December, players will download free World in Conflict (including expander Soviet Assault), Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Watch Dogs for PC via Uplay. More ...
I've collected quite a number of free games on UPlay. I can't say I'm the biggest fan of its bloated platform, but they have been pretty generous w freebies if you've kept up with their mailing list over time.
In case you missed Ubisoft’s free giveaways, the French company is once again offering Watch_Dogs, World in Conflict & Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag for free for a limited time. These three titles are free on UPLAY right now. From today and until December 23rd, you can log into UPLAY and claim your free copies.
There is a reason I support this company. This is just icing. New IPs, not afraid to take a chance... Nicely done.
