GotGame: Ragnarok DS Review

GotGame:

The variety and customization of the job system is about the only redeeming feature of Ragnarok DS. Its fatal flaw is the poorly implemented, much-too-small overworld, which makes players run through the same dungeons and locations over and over again, often times just for the sake of repetition. You'll need time and much patience with the inane storyline to get through this portable version, and it only gives the original highly successful Ragnarok MMORPG a bad rap. Not enough good ds games, I'll have to give this one a shot!

I'm kinda thinking of giving this a play, looks ok but still not too sure.

This game is OK. The gameplay can be repetitive and annoying at times, but can also be fun and a bit addictive, too.

There is an error in this review, however. Multiplayer does not require friend codes, although if you have friends, you can either play locally or over wifi together.

Wow -- this one fell through the cracks for me. I can't believe I missed it!
