10 Most wanted PC games in 2010

MyGaming writes

"Many have lamented at how 2009 was not the best year for PC gamers. Despite numerous excellent titles for the platform, including Dawn of War II, Dragon Age: Origins, Anno 1404 and Borderlands, the year was beset with a series of disappointments which left PC gamers feeling marginalised. These included the lack of dedicated servers in Modern Warfare 2, Star Craft II being pushed back and the announcement that it would not feature LAN support, and the cancelation of Alan Wake on the platform.

Regardless of whether you think that 2009 was bad for PC gaming, most agree that 2010 is looking better already. Here are ten reasons why"

Can't wait for the new fallout.

Starcraft 2 and SupCom 2 are on my most wanted list.

I am a die hard Command and Conquer fan, but after playing the beta I can say that I am NEVER going to purchase that game after what they have done to it.

I have a sneaking suspicion 2010 will be a good year for RPG's. ;)

I think every PC gamer is quietly waiting on BBC2 looks very good so far

chak_5229d ago

BC 2 yeah, just cause 2 still #1 on my list.

and looooooad of other titles

I'll probably be buying every game on that list except Star Trek Online. It's not that I'm not a fan of the series, but I'll only play 2 MMOs at once and SWTOR and WOW are going to be taking up those spots. Doesn't it make you guys feel good that your tax payer money will be going towards my gaming enjoyment? Damn this is gonna be one helluva year for gaming!

This list is missing THE most important game for 2010

Half Life 2 Episode 3

it may be a muli platform release but Valve is loyal to it's PC base.
one of the greatest series ever.

2 - else Heart.Break()
3 - Shadowrun Trilogy
4 - Wasteland 2
5 - UnderRail
6 - Tyranny
7 - Torment: Tides of Numenera

Loved Alpha Protocol in all it's glorious jank. Great game.

SimpleSlave32d ago (Edited 32d ago )

Not only glorious jank, but the idea that the story can completely change depending on what you do, or say, or side with, makes it one of the most forward thinking games ever. The amount of story permutation is the equivalent of a Hitman level but in Story Form. And it wasn't just that the story changed, no, it was that you met completely new characters, or missed them, depending on your choices. Made Mass Effect feel static in comparison.

Alpha Protocol was absolutely glorious, indeed. And it was, and still is, more Next Gen than most anything out there these days. In this regard at least.

Pity.
