NowGamer: Volatile Games' Dead To Rights sequel has undergone hundreds of tweaks in an effort to balance the games multiple styles of play

Discussing the impact each type of attack has on level design, project director Imre Jele told NowGamer: "There's a science behind it: when you think about the shooting ranges you think about the speed of the enemy, you think about the speed of aiming – all of those aspects – and immediately there are scientific formulas which [we] can put down: how far different covers have to be and how they affect gameplay. Now we have gunplay, we have melee and we have Shadow. Every single one of them needs a different cover layout."
