Gamertell has posted its weekly update of new casual style games.
This week's best bet is Cat Wash (PC).
Cat Wash is very repetitive and boring, and it doesn't bring any real entertainment to the table. The only thing it brings is yawns. Pass on this game unless you own 150 cats and they all live in your home, or you subscribe to "Cat Fancy." For everyone else, this game makes a great gag gift.
JIG writes: "When one woman is brutally murdered and another winds up missing in Paris's iconic Rue Morgue, the police are at a loss. There's no-one else to turn to except for the great, if eccentric, Detective Dupin. Oh, and you, of course. It's no time to lollygag about. The game is afoot! Or maybe it's an elbow. I can't remember. Oh well, one body part is as likely as another. Polish up your magnifying glass for hidden-object searching in Dark Tales: Edgar Allan Poe's Murders in the Rue Morgue."
You might think Lady Luck is with Luca and Gia Poverelli of Rome after they win the big jackpot. Alas, they've disappeared without ever claiming the money, and Inspector Francesca di Porta is assigned to the case. Insider Tales: Vanished in Rome is a traditional and clichéd hidden object game mixed with mini-games and point-and-click puzzles that far surpasses its all but forgettable predecessor: Insider Tales: The Stolen Venus.
