Yeah, teaser reads a lot like Deadly Premonitions. Considering the fact that Ignition showed the PS3 version in the debut trailer, it wouldn't surprise me to see them publishing it on both platforms in Japan.
Which I believe was "Rainy Woods" at some point. Kinda drunk atm, so I could be wrong :)
