Blue Toad Murder Files is a excellent game, it is challenging, looks and sounds fantastic and is also quite unique in what it does. If it wasn't for the fact that the game is so short lived then we would be handing out top marks for this title, but as it is we cannot justify doing so for a game which doesn't really offer much replay value.

Pocket Gamer: Blue Toad Murder Files doesn't feel like a port of a PS3 game. It feels like a title that's found its rightful home after a couple of years of wandering. The simple gameplay translates perfectly to the touchscreen of your iOS device, and the gentle pace is perfect for an evening spent reclining on the sofa.

It's by no means a perfect game, and there are some issues with load times in particular with this version, but if you're looking for a series of interconnected mini-games held together by comedy stereotypes then you're in for something of a treat.
