Echochrome's unique design turned heads when Sony released it for both PlayStation Network and the Sony PSP last year, intriguing folks with its mind-melting puzzles and quirky black-and-white visuals. So it was obvious that Artoon was hard at work on a sequel. Little did we know, however, that it would take an all-new perspective with Echoshift.
PSP puzzler Echoshift, which you can play on PS5 and PS4 via PS Plus Premium has been updated today with Trophy support. It follows on from a series of updates implemented under the hood by Sony for other classic titles brought back via its subscription service. The Trophy list is live now, with 30 gongs to grab and a Platinum Trophy.
The company had already previously announced that two PSP games would be coming to the service on July 19.
These titles, No Heroes Allowed! and LocoRoco Midnight Carnival, have still been added today.
However, they have also been joined by PSP puzzle game Echoshift.
Echoshift was designed to challenge the most devout puzzle fans, a respectable move but one that ultimately alienates fans of the original.
