Go! Gaming Giant: Globe Clicker Review

From the review:

"Location, location, location. That is what indie Xbox 360 game Globe Clicker is all about. Globe Clicker challenges players' geographical skills using a 3D representation of Earth. The setup is very simple: the game gives you a city (or world heritage site), a country, and a continent. All you have to do is rotate and zoom in or out on the planet and try to pinpoint the given location before time runs out. Easier said than done… If you were educated in the United States public school system, you are going to have a heck of a time with this game. Nobody wants to hear it, but my fellow Americans are rather oblivious to the outside world. That is what makes a game like this so important, and it is why I bring you this Globe Clicker review today."

looks like a good game for kids to learn some geography.

Nice review, I agree they should have added more information about locations. Would have been nice.

This looks kind of neat. Its a good way to get kids to interact and learn at the same time, and have fun doing it. Too bad it isn't really a "for fun" game, from what I can see.

interesting game. Although the idea of learning while playing is probably a turn off for most people
