Kotowari writes: NIS has just revealed their contender to the rapidly growing list of jumbo-pixel games entitled Classic Dungeon ~Magic Team Assistance~. The retro themed game for the PSP has a scheduled release date of February 18th in Japan.
Nippon Ichi’s PSP-exclusive RPG Cladun, known Classic Dungeon in Japan, is getting sequel treatment. Here are a bunch of screenshots.
Game developer, System Prisma, responsible for titles such as "Cladun: This is an RPG" and a regular collaborator on projects with Nippon-Ichi Software, recently released its first self-published title for the PSP via the PlayStation Network.
In this interview, System Prisma president and lead creator on DOT DEFENSE discuss their latest title, as well as plans for the future with regards to continuing to develop in cooperation with their parent company, Nippon-Ichi, while also setting out to create their own pool of original titles and IP as an independent entity.
NIS America recently held its annual summer event, and from it come special announcements. Disgaea 4 is currently planned for release in Japan before the end of 2010, and two PSP games, Zettai Hero and Classic Dungeon, will be seeing North American releases.
