Two weeks ago we got our first look at SCEE's Blue Toad Murder Files, a game that sadly doesn't seem to have a lot of buzz going for it despite its interesting puzzle mechanics and tongue-in-cheek story. With the release of the game set for December 17 we now have another and slightly more comedic trailer showing the whodunnit mystery that is Blue Toad Murder Files.
Pocket Gamer: Blue Toad Murder Files doesn't feel like a port of a PS3 game. It feels like a title that's found its rightful home after a couple of years of wandering. The simple gameplay translates perfectly to the touchscreen of your iOS device, and the gentle pace is perfect for an evening spent reclining on the sofa.
It's by no means a perfect game, and there are some issues with load times in particular with this version, but if you're looking for a series of interconnected mini-games held together by comedy stereotypes then you're in for something of a treat.
Relentless Software has announced that Episode 1 of Blue Toad Murder Files: The Mysteries of Little Riddle is now available for free on the PlayStation Store in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and North America.

I love a good whodunnit. Not to mention, it can get me ready for Heavy Rain. The trailer looks pretty funny and interesting. Lucky Europeans!!
