Time for another brand new IP from an unknown developer that everybody is going to ignore! The Scourge Project is a new third-person shooter from Spanish studio Tragnarion Studios. Tragnarion's previous work includes the iPhone game Map My Mind and ... not a lot else.

Resolution: The Scourge Project review

Resolution's Greg Giddens writes: The past decade of FPS and third person shooter mechanics can all be found here. The Scourge Project unashamedly takes elements from a large collection of titles – most notable Gears of War – and copies them into the framework. Unfortunately any flare these elements had to begin with have been completely extinguished due to rough implementation and a lack of quality overall. It’s generic and boring with no personality of its own and despite the addition of some fairly enjoyable multiplayer components its short lived fun at best.

Co-op demo released for The Scourge Project: Episodes 1 and 2
