After announcing the remake of Lufia II a.k.a Estpolis: The Lands Cursed by The Gods in Japan, new screenshots finally emerged showing how good the graphics are for the Nintendo DS. We've seen Lufia II way back in the SNES era and finally, Square-Enix will be remaking the game.
Estopolis: The Lands Cursed by the Gods will be released in Japan on February 25, 2010. No announcement whether this game will make it in North America but we're hoping! For now, check out the screenshots:
Square Enix has updated Estpolis's Official Website with a new trailer and three gameplays.

Lufia II is being remade as Estpolis: The Lands Cursed by the Gods in Japan. Not only will fans be getting a graphically updated game, but it's been confirmed that the game's music will be upgraded as well. Even more, fans in Japan who buy the limited edition version will get a bonus CD with 3 drama tracks and 5 remixes.
From the newest Famitsu, Lufia DS scans show lots of characters, many of which had not previously been revealed.
