That's right, SMS Technologies has shipped the first batch of M500 GSM Watchfones from Hong Kong on May 30th, 2007. SMS claims this to be the world's smallest mobile phone which weighs only 60 grams. As of right now, this product is only available on their official web site (see below).
It's features include:
-120x160 pixel 1.5 inch color touchscreen
-Built-in Stylus
-128MB built-in memory
-Bluetooth
-GSM SIM card compatible
-MP3 & MP4 support for audio and video
-200min talk time battery life (80 hours stand-by time)
-USB for data transfer and recharging
We can now live out our Dick Tracy fantasy with are very own watch phone. The only problem lies with the price. Not everyone will be able to afford this little piece of technology. At a estimated MSRP of about $820, only the real tech-savvy consumer should even consider buying one.

Yeah, they are going to kill Xbox hardware.
i think it will kill off the xbox brand. windows will be fine.
but there is and would be a chance that xbox might be killed off in the future. if they fail to make the money they put in. imo.
