Free to play MMOs are just fantastic. Take Runes of Magic - totally free and all the features you'd get from WoW, and then some! Player housing etc. Regular content updates too. Wonderful :)

SWG is in the process of imploding. Half of the servers are closed and half the remaining ones are barely on life support. It is not surprising to understand why this game is doing so poorly, so I guess that makes me of those Negative Nancy's Jeff Hollis refers to (but that does not make me wrong).

LoTRO is a great bargain for those who enjoy quality, fantasy based MMO's even without the massage giving hobbits. The expansion is being released December 1st and is free if one subscribes for 3 months or more by November 18th (yeah, that is tomorrow).
