Dailytech reports:
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Sony have released a statement indicating around 69,000 Vaio AC adapters are now being recalled due to a possible shock hazard.
To date, there have been four reports of short circuiting AC adapters that could lead to an "electrical shock hazard to consumers."
