While this game certainly has some flaws in its motion tracking and lacks the polish of some of the higher budget fitness games from bigger publishers, when it comes to finding a workout that can get your heart pumping, The Biggest Loser can compete. The inclusion of five different workout types and a strong variety of difficulty choices for each type makes this game a customizable experience that can give you the workout you want.

Interestingly, the earlier released Pilates Exercises are also available for free for a limited time only."
Console Monster: As many players of Kinect will have discovered, the vast majority of games utilising the technology have proved quite the workout, but THQ has released a fitness game that will get your heart pumping and your armpits sweating even more-so. Based on the US version of the game show, The Biggest Loser comes exclusively to the Xbox 360.
