It's hard to pinpoint exactly what type of game Borderlands is. On the surface, it looks like a standard first-person shooter (albeit with a pretty slick art style), but after some time with the game, it is quickly made apparent that this is anything but your ordinary shooter. Borderlands throws story aside, which, much like something in the Diablo vein, makes your only real objective to take on quests, level up, and gather better gear.
This sounds awesome. This afternoon, Genvid Entertainment announced two, all-new interactive streaming series at San Diego-Comic Con: DC Heroes United and Borderlands EchoVision Live.
