Should you run for the border in this RPG-FPS Hybrid?

Finally!

*Puts down the PS3 controller and kind of "Pauses" Demon's Souls to take a look at the review*

Score doesn't seem to bad and seems quite reasonable.

{Edit} over 30 hours and that difficulty (While soloing) is starting to get to me, may need some help with this one to :/.

Don't forget, 30 hours for 1 play through, and not everyone gets max level playing through. I remember reading I think 1 dev was saying he got to 35 after the first play through. Also, there are 4 characters to choose from and 130 side quests total (don't think everyone will do all of them in 1 play through).

Yep, I'll probably do multiple play throughs, but I probably will just use the same character each time as well. Being that the max level is 50 and the game has a newgame+ type of deal I probably will just keep playing through the same character.

The side quests will be like Sacred 2 I won't get to them all :p.

I was like.. no1 can get max lvl in the first run.. no1 -.-

I love roaming in Soul Form putting up stones everywhere.
Since Im trying to run a perfect white tendency run.
I missed up alot during my first run... including finishing the game w/o hunting all the premival demons and doing the white/black soul tendency events o-O

Demons souls is pure awesome I haven't touched any of my other games in

the longest. I probably won't until my 4th or 5th new game+. Best PS3 to

come out yet.

Most of the review scores have been in the mid and upper 8's so I'll rent it first since I had some interest in it back when it was first shown. I wonder why this game doesn't have any real hype for it. It seems like a good game, and it's not getting any real press. I know Uncharted 2 just came out and Modern Warfare 2 is coming out, but a good game deserves some kind of buzz no matter what great game just came out before or after it.

Demon's Souls is greatness.

Though you can swing through levels really fast on the second play through.

BORDERLANDS deserve 9+ .. guys I am playing it now with level 18, I can simply say its one of the best games ever and its totally > Fallout3
and the co-op is AWESOME!!!
the game doesn't have any single bad thing!
screw IGN/Gametrailers and anyone who gave it less than 9

Looks like something i'd pick up when it hits the $30 range. I'm not exactly desperate for a good game right now being a PS3 owner.
