"Early in the Wii's lifetime, Electronic Arts was one of the first developers to create a franchise catered specifically for Nintendo's new generation. It was called MySims, and it hoped to mix the ideology of their popular Sims series with Nintendo's stylized Miis, turning the spotlight onto ease of accessibility. The first game was MySims, and had the most in common with the parent series, blending the life-simulation of The Sims with the style and gameplay of Animal Crossing. Generally speaking, critics panned the title for lacking originality and, for the most part, a purpose, when Nintendo was gearing up to launch a full fledged Animal Crossing on the system relatively soon after."
PBG says some things, and then MySims Agents happens.
Gamertell has posted a positive review of EA's MySims Agents for Wii.
From the review:
"While both prior MySims games were straightforward simulation and adventure games, where you'd need to create building and furniture on request, MySims Agents breaks away from the simulation elements and is strictly an adventure game. After playing, I'm pleasantly surprised and would consider MySims Agents my favorite entry in the series."

For me, the phrase brings to mind tedious exercises in bland, cloying dialogue, nonsensical stories and dumbed-down, poorly implemented gameplay; games no one over ten could enjoy. But sometimes, just sometimes, a game aimed at children is just plain fun. Such is the case with MySims Agents."
I think I'll rent this, as I like the concept, and it seems to be much better than MySims Kingdom, which was fun for a little while and got old really fast.
