Jens writes: After a mediocre second chapter, I am happy to report that "Lair of the Leviathan" is a fine return to form. To idiosyncratic bowel-exploring, ichor-guzzling, manatee-wooing form.
A month ago, Guybrush and company were swallowed by a giant, betusked manatee just as they were en route to recovering La Esponja Grande, the voodoo-empowered sea sponge of lore that would cleanse the Caribbean of the zombie plague. Action resumes in the beast's belly and... ear canal? The geophysiology of manatees is not my strong suit, and neither, fortunately, the designers'. Their manatee interior is a fun place, suitable for endless fraternity parties and surreal bile-duct spelunking.
Dan McKenney – Lair of the Leviathan is the third episode in the five-part Tales of Monkey Island series. We’re at the point in time where you have probably already formulated your own opinion on the series, and you’ve either forked over $34.95…or you haven’t. Like I once said in a review of Telltale’s “The Bogey Man”, you’re probably reading out of curiosity. But maybe, just maybe, you’re reading because you have been on the fence about Telltale’s take on Monkey Island, and you don’t think it’s too late to jump in.

From Gamertell:
"Telltale Inc. today (February 11, 2010) confirmed during the Macworld 2010 expo that it will, indeed, be releasing games for Mac.
Even better, the releases begin today (February 11, 2010) with Tales of Monkey Island."
Games can also vote on the next Telltale series style game to be release in March for Mac.
But it is way too short! I finished it in a couple of hours.
I'm beginning to see a problem with the episodic format from Telltale games - Each episode tends to be shorter than the previous one, and there are fewer and fewer episodes in each game! :(
Oh well - Brütal Legend is nearly here!
