IGN: 3-2-1, Rattle Battle Review

IGN writes: "Waggle.

A newly negative piece of industry terminology, only gaining such a distasteful connotation in the past three years. And only then because of some exceptionally poor Wii game designs, those products that have tried to utilize the new motion control capabilities of the system's Remote by just sloppily swapping in random gyrating shakes for actions that would otherwise have been mapped to a common button press. Waggle's not a word you want to see used to describe your game, if you're a developer."

MyWii: 3-2-1 Rattle Battle Review

MyWii writes: "3-2-1 Rattle Battle is a frenetic, fast-paced mini-game compilation that follows in the footsteps of Warioware: Smooth Moves. Unlike other party games available on Wiiware, this one's only single player. It features 12 lightweight mini-games which take less than a minute to complete (with two unlockable ones). Each game features different uses of "rattling" or shaking the Wii remote with varying degrees of frustation. This includes tightrope walking where you have to avoid oncoming arrows, a space invaders clone, guiding a couple's kiss by rattling the right amount, and sneaking behind a devil character to tap him on the back."

PALGN : WiiWare Review Round-up

PALGN writes: " It's been about a month since our last WiiWare Review round-up. Nintendo seems to have been pushing for more content in the WiiWare as there has been a lack of Virtual Console releases. Regardless, there's an impressive range of titles including the unique Bonsai Baber from Zoonami, the antics of Guybrush in Tales of Monkey Island Chapter 1: Launch of the Screaming Narwhal, and the old school racer Driift. Until our next round-up, happy gaming Wii owners."

Nintendo Life - 3-2-1, Rattle Battle review

Nintendo Life:

"Another minigame collection - as if the Wii isn't already overflowing with them! When done right, they can be quite entertaining, but Tecmo seems to have missed the whole point of the "minigame" concept by... well, by not offering a lot, really."
