TGS: People Waiting 150 Minutes to Play Halo: ODST

The first public day of Tokyo Game Show 2009 has opened, and as expected, it's packed. While Destructoid hasn't taken an exact head count, they can confirm that at least 15 people showed up.

The reason they're here, of course, are the games. Or rather, to spend time waiting in line to play games.

Well, at the same time, the article says the majority waiting in line were American tourists. And, swag was being given out (dunno about you, but swag is the most important thing at these events xD). It could also depend on the length of the ODST demo. When I was at PAX, I could never get my hands on the demo because the wait was so long. Also, the lines were decent, so it could just be the length.

ODST honestly is very short. Me and a few of my friends were doing 4-player Xbox Live Co-op and we beat the game on legendary in 3 1/2 hours. But because of the Vidmaster Challenges and Firefight, I know it will keep me entertained until at least my next big game ( http://www.gamestop.com/Cat... )

In the article, there's a picture of the line with a sign that says 150 followed by a few Japanese characters. I assume that means 150 minutes of wait time.

And, as I said above in response to your comment, the article points out that the majority of those waiting to play were American tourists. Instead of making accusations, can you please at least read what the article says?
