I hear Dead Space Extraction is a great game, it's been getting universal appraisal. However I wouldn't put too much stock in the fact that it got a perfect score from Game Pro. They have some of the weirdest reviewers at that magazine. They gave Ninja Blade a perfect score, too. I mean, come on...

well if i was to go by the history of the last dead space, which was my game of the year for 2008.. i am not supprised at the score.

I know I would hate for this game to end up like Okami. Oh wait that flopped on PS2 with 4 times the install base of Wii.. Ok well I dont want it to end up like NMh.. Oh wait again. Flops dont get sequels do they? Guess its sales were not as low as you seem to think.

Really beyond Madworld(which we dont know anything about beyond a site that under tracks all games for all consoles) what flopped on Wii that was so hardcore? 5 hour black and white brawlers sell 20 million on PS3 and 360?

i dont own a wii but things like audio logs paying back on the wii mote is such an excellent idea best 3rd party title i have seen on wii deadspace is awesome.

it looks an apears to be a great game, but by no means a perfect 5/5 game. i dont think light gun games should get that, especially when its sister game is 3rd person. ill rent this game, only because is on rails, same with RE:DSC. then again, it is two players. ill rent first, buy it if i like it.

It's been getting some good scores, but Gamepro's scores are as screwy as GI's usually (remember the Conduit review when the guy was too lazy to re-map the grenade throw?).

Gotta love that some real effort looks to have been put into this game. I won't lie, I still wish they would've gone third-person like Shattered Memories, but a great game is a great game.

What's with the perfect score? Obviously the writer had a few issues with the game. He'd be better off not using a score than the "WTF" ambiguity he portrayed here.
