gorillajumpers.com breaks down all the happenings at the first day of TGS 2009.
"Sony came out swinging today with alot of exciting news that has got me...well, excited. Microsoft's announcements seemed a little weak in comparison, but you can hardly blame them can you? I mean Japan has never been their strongest market. With the juggernaut that is the PS3 Slim moving 1 million consoles since launch, I can see why Microsoft would want to pick and choose their battles from this point on."
Capcom is doing an amazing job treating fans with lots of info and goodies of their favorite games. Dragon Dogma’s Dark Arisen is well on its well as well. New screenshots and footage of the game’s DLC have arisen at the Tokyo Game Show. There will be game modes and content on the way to coincide with the DLC.
So hyped for this. This dlc and dark souls dlc for consoles will keep me busy for a long time.
Gamereactor spoke to Capcom producer Ryozo Tsujimoto about the upcoming release of Monster Hunter Tri in Europe and North America. What are his expectations on the Western release and how has the series evolved with the latest chapter...
Gamereactor interviewed Phantasy Star Zero producer Satoshi Sakai, about the Nintendo DS game, at the end of the interview they also asked him about the future of the franchise. He then went on to note that next year is the tenth anniversary of Phantasy Star Online (in Japan) and that he was hoping people wanted to see the series back on stationary consoles.
Yes please bring it. I really do miss the Phantasy Star Universe combat system though. Phantasy Star has failed me since then.
I'm not into the phantasy star series but PSO was one of my favorite games and I would love to play another one. I even bought a Dreamcast after playing it at a friends house and later I got a GameCube for episode 1 and 2. Please make another but make it more like PSO and less like PSU.
I would love to see Phantasy Star V. I so want to see Sega make more RPGs. Because when Sega takes there time they bring out really incredible RPGs. So I hope to see PS on consoles soon.
Sony may not have had what I was looking for, but MS only barely even showed up. Natal looks impressive, but until I see ACTUAL GAMES, I really don't care. Sony showed actual games. They win.

Bunch of lower radar exclusives like N3-2 videos and such, and a bunch of natal developer support announced
It'd be nice to get a bit more impressive news like a new exclusive or reach info or something, but it's still relatively decent.
