SouthPeak Games is set to publish Fast Food Panic for Wii and Nintendo DS in Europe later this year, and have released a new trailer to showcase the Wii version. A multifaceted title that requires players to not only cook but also interact with customers and manage a business, Fast Food Panic is scheduled for release this autumn.
Kombo writes: "Ever since the Wii first made its debut back in 2006, there have been numerous attempts to put the console's unique control scheme to use in the form of a cooking title. With such a large and casual-dominated user base, the idea certainly sounds like a home-run; however, poor controls and lack of variety have plagued nearly every attempt at creating an enjoyable culinary-based Wii game. Even a game like Cooking Mama, which has certainly gathered an audience, has yet to really deliver a solid title that takes advantage of the console's capabilities."
Like fast food? Got a thing for burgers? Well, Southpeak Games' has a game for you. In Fast Food Panic, you play as one member of a two-person team in a small fast food restaurant. Don't let this lead you to believe that you and a friend get to run the place, though, as the other character is strictly computer-controlled.
Game Guy Trevor Tamsen writes: "Fast Food Panic is the newest game from SouthPeak and it when I first looked at the box art I have to admit that I thought I was going to play a new version of the Diner Dash games."
