@vhero

I liked Onimusha 3, but Dawn of Dreams was crap.

Poopface the 2nd5341d ago

It was my first ps2 game and I never even played any others. I liked it alot and I hope they make a new one. I didnt even know there was a 4th one.

I hope they make it soon.

andron5341d ago

Nr. 3 was the best in my opinion. Dawn of Dreams was good, but the worst in the series...

Will be multiplat if true, since thats capcoms stance.

SoapShoes5342d ago

Nothing shall be PS3 exclusive, yet they have Monster Hunter 3 on Wii only. :| Capcom's word doesn't have any value in it now days.

Berserk15342d ago

coming exclusively for ps3.

Xbox360Elite5342d ago

coming exclusively for xbox360.

Obama5342d ago

I hope the 360 would stop gimping good games. Most likely it would be multiplatform, but it would gimped by the crappy hardware known as the betabox.

Berserk15342d ago

coming exclusively for xbox360 only on your dreams.

Daily Rant: Capcom, what is going on?

Wirebot: "Okay. I’ve actually been more mad at Capcom than I have at Square Enix ever since they launched Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core. Crisis Core was infuriating. As a fan, I was not particularly happy seeing JPOP star Gackt star as a supersoldier. But Capcom has committed more atrocities than the simple mis-casting of celebrity figures. It has outsourced a huge amount of its triple-A franchises.

Capcom’s well known ones would be: Devil May Cry, Onimusha, Mega Man, Monster Hunter, Resident Evil, Street Fighter, Breath of Fire, Viewtiful Joe - in my book at least.

And the fate of them?"

A company can do whatever it wants. Just like you can either buy their game or not.

Dino Crisis and Onimusha Franchise Are Resting?

Dino Crisis 3 was the lastest installment that we’ve ever seen, and that was for the Xbox which was way back in 2003. And as for Onimusha the latest one that was released was way back in 2006 for the PS2.

Dino Crisis 1 was the best series i've played :D

And for Onimusha 1 and 2 where the ones I liked

NYC_Gamer5018d ago (Edited 5018d ago )

i guess capcom wants to spoil us with shovelware before they remake these franchises

RealityCheck5018d ago

True but also thinking about it, given their poor track record of late, maybe it's for the best if they don't try to make sequels to those.

bigrob1235018d ago

after what happened with DMC4 as much as I'd love to play both these franchises again there is a good chance Capcom would screw it up

Galaxia5018d ago

I'd really like a sequel to Dino Crisis or Onimusha, both great series.

But I think I'd rather someone else do it. Capcom have been absolute pants lately. Everything they touch turns to sh!t. They would probably manage to make something worse than Dino Crisis 3 if Capcom tried to make the 4th one themselves.

Hopefully there's some developer out there who's a huge fan, and they buy the rights to make a game or two. It happened with Fallout.

emk20045018d ago

remember dino crisis 3 for xbox they already screwed up that was so bad they didnt even port it to ps2, they can only fix it. lol dinos in space what a stupid idea.

TrevorPhillips5018d ago

Hey if they suprised us with the sf vs tekken and 3rd strike.

I'm sure they will for dino crisis and onimusha and hopefully a new resident evil game.

jazzking20015018d ago

not interested in either of these games
