WorthPlaying: Garfield Gets Real Review

WorthPlaying writes: "My expectations were set fairly low for Garfield Gets Real for the DS, and they were certainly met. Garfield Gets Real is a prime example of a licensed title that barely manages to make any remarkable use of the license involved, and it's certainly not something I'd suggest anyone pick up and play, regardless of age or casual/hardcore sensibilities. Tech-Gaming: Garfield Gets Real Review

Tech-Gaming writes: "Garfield Gets Real is a game without an audience. Youngsters might find some amusement in the game's introductory stages, before finding game-quitting frustration later. Diehard GameFAN writes: "Sometimes in life you encounter the very best of something. A piece of perfectly cooked carnitas, a song performed so sublimely it sticks with you for the rest of your days, a sunset that makes all other sunsets look like cheap imitations. Then there are the times you get a green potato chip, your favorite baseball team gets blown out at home, you lose your job and you hate yourself too much to bear going on.

This game is worse than all of that.

If I were playing this game with one hand and holding an implement with which to blind myself in the other, there is a significant chance I would do so to save myself from the pain that is Garfield Gets Real. Take that as you may".
