Is LostWinds Headed For DSiWare?

zConnection's Connor Beaton writes: "DSiWare, as a service, has a lot of untapped potential. So far, there haven't been any huge releases via Nintendo's DSi-exclusive download service; some games, including Nintendo's own bullet hell shooter, have looked promising, but will any of them live up to expectations?

"Thankfully, though, more developers are starting to notice DSiWare and pick it up. Will Frontier Developments, the team behind RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 and LostWinds, be one such developer? We asked David Braben, co-founder and chairman of the team."

Well I'd like to see what the guys can come up with. Whether a new IP or Lost Winds game.

However I disagree with the whole "no major releases". The DSiware has already got at least one killer app(Flipnote Studio) and many other great games.

3DS: David Braben on lenticular technology

After Suda51 told ONM that he'd like to make a game for 3DS, a second games industry legend has declared his interest in Nintendo's new handheld. David Braben, boss of Lost Winds developer Frontier, told Official Nintendo Magazine that he likes the idea of a handheld that can offer 3D without glasses and even gave us insight into how lenticular technology works.
