Neocrisis: New Square Titles

Neocrisis:New scans shows off Square Enix's latest titles. One is NieR Gestalt coming to the 360. While the other is NieR Replicant for the PS3, we believe.

The argument between fanboys won't be which game is better, but which sucks more. I predict equal fail on both systems. I don't think I've ever read a comment yet about this Nier title that had anyone remotely interested in it, let alone totally pumped for it.

Square should do themselves a favor and keep it Japan only. Save the cash, because no one here so far is putting this on their must have list.

SE really knows how to please booth sides

but i predict that the ps3 title well have longer game play and more content in it and powerful graphics and performance
that due the blu-ray and the power under the PS3’s hood
and of course SE well focus on the PS3 title because JRPG sells like mad on the PS3 while on the other hand on the 360 its the other way around

just my thought on the topic
all an all im sure both games well be good to both 360 users and PS3 users

Here are the REAL info that's out:

NieR Gestalt confirmed for 360 and the genre is listed as Action RPG coming 2010.

While info on NieR Replicant is NONE except for it says info coming in the next issue of the magazine.

Doesn't look too promising even in Alpha stage, compared to other multi plat games like Bayonetta and Dante's Inferno...

And they're linkable with each other to "catch 'em all" and the games are, essentially the same.

This reeks of two games that will be similar, bar the lead and a few episodes, which are then offered as DLC on the other console a few months later.

I just want to point out to all the people that are conserned about the graphics that they said it's a pre-Alpha build.

This is a weird move anyway and I don't know if it'll work. There isn't much interest in the game at all.

This game isnt developed by S-E only published.

It's developed by an american company called Cavia or something.
