Hack and slash fans with a penchant for sci-fi should mark their calendars now as Namco Bandai and KOEI will ship their joint project, Dynasty Warriors: Gundam, in North America near the end of the summer. Previously released as "Gundam Musou" in Japan a few months back, DW Gundam is from the same development crew that built earlier titles in the series (Omega Force) and will appear on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
"Dynasty Warriors: Gundam is the result of a monumental collaboration between two great companies," said Namco Bandai, EVP and Makoto Iwai. "This partnership extends far beyond the title's development and encompasses all disciplines including marketing, sales and promotions in order to bring this unique title to North America. Featuring interstellar environments and unmatched warrior battles, gamers will understand why Dynasty Warriors: Gundam is the must have game for the fall."
A look at 5 franchises that should get their own Dynasty Warriors crossovers.
This latest issue of Weekly Famitsu has the scoop on five new titles, according to the supposedly leaked cover of this week’s magazine.
You never launch a console without a new Dynasty Warrior haha
We just need a new Ridge Racer launch announced at TGS!
Even though there isn't an anime-based product it's based on per se, Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch definitely has that Japanese animation flair to it. Studio Ghibli, the team that brought you such Hayao Miyazaki classics as Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle, was responsible for the art design and dazzling cinemas behind the game, making its beauteous world worth exploring.
Was very surprised to see Golgo 13 and Ranma 1/2 Battle on the list but what I am even more surprised to don't see Journey to Jaburo or Gundam Side Story......
I am surprised that Naruto Ultimate ninja storm series wasn't on the list. It's a fantastic fighting game and it does the anime justice.
All I can say is WTF!
Namco in stupid name changes.
To much freaking gundam games in such a short amount of time, they need POWER RANGER BACK, just kidden but they need some new games out now.
WTF
lol and its coming out for 360 aswell
the graphics look different
I have to Agree with ITR, why change the name when Gundam Musou sounds way better then DS:Gundam.
thatdude, take your Fanboyism away from this topic, they both look the same especailly since they are probably the same screenshots. Besides I thought Xbox Fanboys don't care for Japanese games or even this game any way.
How long until "Madden Gundam 2008: Now With Roster Updates!" hits the shelves?
