BeefJack - Building The Brick: The Marriage Of Lego And Star Wars

BeefJack writes: "Arthur Parsons has been the head of design at TT games (Travellers Tales) for several years, and has been in the industry for nearly thirteen. This gives him a good insight into how TT games went from making kid-friendly movie ties on the Mega Drive to the multi-million selling, and multi award-winning Lego series."

Kinda surprised that it is mostly recent games. Sad that Battlefront 2 did so well.

Hmmmmm, I'll definitely take the Telltale Batman series. Tekken 6....whatever....

darthv721593d ago

Never played Styx or the Telltale games but I've heard good things. And lego games are always fun.

IamTylerDurden11592d ago

Another mediocre month. GwG has diminished since Gamepass.

TT Batman is always on sale for peanuts and this is the old one that most ppl have. Enemy Within is often on sale as well but at least it's newer. Would have been better. Styx is alright, but overall it's underwhelming.

SpaceRanger1593d ago

Unfortunately they’re still on a “meh” streak when it comes to what they’re offering for these monthly games. Hopefully it improves as they get closer to next gen. They have a whole year to improve.

alb18991592d ago

With gamepass there isn't need for this.

Imortus_san1592d ago

You seem to forget that Free Play days are for those that pay for gold, and they are always 2 weekends a month and some times 4 weekends a month, that's from 4 fixed games + 4 to 12 games in Free play days for people that pay Gold, that's better then anything the competition as.

Smokehouse1593d ago

Pass. Gamepass rendered these worthless anyway.

Lon3wolf1593d ago

Not when they can be removed from GP it did not, this way you can keep them.

@Ciporta

I thought GWG stayed accessible on your account as long as you claimed them even if your sub expired.

shabz6661593d ago

Gwg becomes inaccessible after your xbl lapses. This is only for Xbox one games. The Xbox 360 games remain accessible even if your subscription lapses.

Lon3wolf1593d ago

@shabz6661

Thanks for the clarification.

Smokehouse1593d ago

I had gamepass without live for a year and I didn’t feel like I missed anything. I just got gamepass ultimate because it was cheap but I’d much rather have gamepass than GWG. The quality isn’t even close.

They’ll probably just go away with Xboxlive and the only way to game online would be with game pass.

Italiano12345671593d ago

Always put shit x1 games most of the time. Do they think putting a good 360 game makes up for it. 🤦🏻

porkChop1593d ago

Styx is actually pretty fun if you like stealth games.
