Lost Horizon Trailer from Deep Silver

Lovers of the point and click adventure genre will be pleased to know that today Deep Silver the games label of Koch Media along with Animation Arts have revealed more information on their upcoming 2010 title called Lost Horizon.

Set in 1936 the world is on the brink of the next World War and former British soldier and luckless smuggler Fenton Paddock is asked to search for a lost expedition in Tibet. Once there, he encounters a band of Nazis searching for occult weapons to further their plans of conquest, and learns that they are following a trail to one of mankind's greatest mysteries in the Himalayas – the legendary Shambala. Your adventure is set to take you to some fascinating locations such as Hong Kong, Tibet and Morocco in search of the 'Lost Horizon'.

Game Over: Lost Horizon Review

Game Over writes: "Lost Horizon is the third point-and-click adventure from Animation Arts, the development house behind the Secret Files adventure game series. The game takes place in 1936, and you control a "hapless" smuggler named Fenton Paddock. Early on, you learn that a friend of yours disappeared in Tibet while searching for the fabled city of Shambala, and then quickly you find yourself paired with Kim, the niece of a former business partner, as you race to Shambala to try and prevent the Nazis from using its ancient power to take over the world. This jaunt sends you all over the world, including stops in Morocco, Hong Kong, and Germany."
