The Wiire details seven games set to release in the upcoming month that are considered the best of the month's releases. From the article:
"Recently, we combed through the list of upcoming releases for the next month, and decided to feature the cream of the crop. Of all the releases for September, this is what we consider the "Must Haves," the games you should be paying more attention to than your schoolwork.
...Most people won't be able to afford all of these games. Frankly, that's a problem we'd rather be having, as opposed to a dull September."
Nintenderos: "We kick off our interviews this year with a very special one with George Kamitani, president of Vanillaware. In case you didn't know this study, it is the one behind games of the stature of Muramasa: The Demon Blade, Odin Sphere or Dragon's Crown. In addition to, of course, unforgettable titles like the wonderful 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim published by Atlus a few months ago."
BLG writes: "Dead Space. It’s a beloved horror series – one that yours truly can’t stop talking about on stream! Yet there are more Dead Space games than you may be aware of. So it’s my duty to introduce you to the best Dead Space games, and one very, very bad one. It’s time to grab a plasma cutter, cut off the limbs of terrifying necromorphs, and decide once and for all (on this website) which of the Dead Space games reigns supreme!"
I played all three. Didn't find them fun, just had nothing to play. I don't think I beat third game though. Combat was super clunky, graphics and art design were ugly imo, story in first game wasn't too bad, rest were meh.
Over hyped series imo, also it doesn't help horror games don't scare me, so I guess that's a big reason for me too.
Just finished playing the first, enjoyed the fact Isaac was a silent alien crushing psycho doom-guy type. Just started the second yesterday and I'm annoyed he's a talker now and sounds like a regular guy who hasn't been through hell, but I suppose he couldn't remain silent.
Dead Space 2 is my favorite followed by 1 then 3. All are good to me though. Just beat all 3 on series X and they hold up.
Kevin F. from Link Cable Gaming writes: "Many of the best Xbox 360 games are playable on the Xbox One and Series X|S consoles. Some even with some enhanced visuals and performance. Unfortunately, not every game from the Xbox 360 library has received this glorious feat of being able to be played on more modern Microsoft consoles."
The Spider-man games will never happen. The xbox 360 Marvel Ultimate Alliance games have a better chance of happening than Spider-man titles but won't happen. The Xbox One Ultimate Alliance games delisted years ago
Yeah... you can totally forget about those entries that got delisted because of licensing issues. Those are not happening.
Ah so Valhalla is selling for $40.00? That's quite refreshing to hear, with my college fees heavier than last semesters I should be okay adding this to my list, though darn it why must it come out on the 8th?! May have to wait until next paycheck to pick up that one.
Good list for the upcoming month, it looks like it won't be a slow September after all.
It's too bad the music games (Guitar Hero 5 / Beatles Rock Band) are $10 more expensive than most new Wii games... kinda puts a damper on my excitement for them.
Although Muramasa looks beautiful, I'll have to check that one out.
good month to own a wii. Shame activision and mtv is run by money hungry whoremongers. Who make us pay an extra 10 bucks for their new unoriginal rhythm based games. Only beatles is worth buying by my opinion. Meanwhile i am totally getting extraction and muramasa this month.
